Final Fantasy and My Final Fantasy

I have not quite mastered this formatting thing. I tried to make a post on my app and it was a hot mess. Deleted itself and everything. There were choice words, and some not so choice words, and I then gave up and had an alcohol.

So, anyway, fast-forward to a few days later, I no longer know what that blog was intended to be about, but the desire to talk to the world remains.

I play Final Fantasy games when I can. Not particularly well, or anything. I'm currently playing XIII, and I beat the last place I was at when I quit playing, so that's something, right? My TV was a gift from a friend's parents several years ago, and the bottom half of the TV is fritzing and going solid black periodically, so that makes for a very rough game play. Also, I'm used to the PS4 that pauses the game when your controller is going dead, or, ya know, for novelty value, TELLS YOU YOUR CONTROLLER IS GOING DEAD. My XBOX 360 does not do that in anyway my novice ass recognizes.

A lot of people have talked mad shit about this game, and I can kind of see why if you're even a moderately skilled gamer. I, however, am a toddler level gamer, and I like that there isn't a lot of room for me to fuck everything up and have to start over. I have a few of the other Final Fantasy games, but I've beaten none of them. I think the only games I've ever beaten in my life are Earthbound [several times], the Lego games, and Kingdom Hearts [the first one only]. I may have an odd game here or there that I've concluded, but I'm a quitter. Once I start sucking at stuff I'm like FUUUCK THIS. I fail enough at real life stuff, I don't need to suck in real life.

When life hands you dishes, play Final Fantasy instead.

I've also read a lot of poetry lately, and I think I'm going to try to publish a poem I wrote. If anyone out there has read my poetry and has an opinion on what I should do, holla atcha gurl.

When life hands you a knife, you cut words onto paper instead.

Speaking of cutting words into things, feel free to subscribe, share, like, comment, touch yourself with this blog ... it's all okay!
